How do I return an item?

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery provided that the return request is raised within 5 days of delivery. If the item is being returned due to defects or problems on the part of our store, we will issue a full refund and cover the cost of shipping the items back to us. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours to: sales@canadiangowns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If the item is being returned for reasons that are not the fault of our store and the item is unused and in its original condition, the refund will be issued less a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return shipping.
In the event you want to exchange the item for a different size or color, you may choose to return the unused item, in its original condition. Upon receiving the item, a replacement item will be shipped to you, for an additional shipping cost via e-transfer/ PayPal to sales@canadiangowns.com.
