Not getting money back for returning the product |

I have ordered cups from your company, order number 9380. I received the caps but they were defected. I called to your customer service line and send you two photos to show the defects. The lady in customer service agreed with me and told me to order cups again and sent you back the defected ones. I ordered the products again. I sent you back the defected products. I did not get my money back for the return. this is unfair, I feel being cheated.
