Great Product, Poor Customer Service April 23, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Canadian Caps & Gowns. Very poor customer service and communication skills. I had to reach out several times to get a hold of a representative initially. Once I spoke with someone, they told me they would provide me with some quotes and mock-ups shortly. Four months later, I still had not heard anything thus prompting me to reach out once again. The products were great, however, the poor customer service skills have deterred us from using this service again. Was this review helpful to you?

Great customer service and quick shipment!
